Challenge

Leverage the brand’s new ambassadors to maximize the impact of the new Tubogas collection launch during a unique immersive evening.

The goal was to create an exceptional event setting that would allow Bvlgari’s 13 new ambassadors to shine and elevate their performances during dedicated happenings. These evenings aimed to create a memorable experience for guests (clients, influencers, media) while optimizing content creation around the ambassadors’ appearances and the Tubogas collection.

Our strategic approach placed the brand’s 13 ambassadors at the center of the event, designing a scenographic and narrative concept that highlighted each of their appearances. Every happening became a key moment, carefully orchestrated to captivate the audience and generate maximum engagement.

Two-Space Format to Optimize Impact

We designed a two-phase journey to enhance the impact of the ambassadors:

  • Immersive first space: Presentation of the Tubogas collection in a setting that prepared and contextualized the ambassadors’ performances
  • Spectacular second space: Dedicated areas for the ambassadors’ artistic happenings, designed to highlight their talents and deliver visually powerful moments

Geneva-Zurich Consistency

Duplicating the experience across both cities allowed the ambassadors to reach a broader audience while ensuring consistent execution quality and coherent brand messaging.
