Migros Geneva, highly active in the region through a wide range of local partnerships, wanted to go beyond simple event visibility. The challenge: to create a unified digital space to give meaning to its commitments, strengthen its connection with the local population, and foster interaction around its sponsorship and patronage initiatives. The solution needed to animate this community over time with accessible language and high-value content.

Centralizing Local Initiatives
We proposed creating a single digital hub to gather all the partnership actions led by Migros Geneva into one online space. This approach improves public understanding of the brand’s overall engagement in the region and brings coherence to previously fragmented actions.
Emphasizing Values of Local Connection
The strategic direction was based on Migros Geneva’s core values: local presence, accessibility, sustainability, and culture for all. These pillars were translated into editorial guidelines to ensure storytelling aligned with the expectations of the Geneva public.
